THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property granted by the
easement dated April 19, 2015 from Michael Atkinson and Margaret
Atkinson, husband and wife, as ioint tenants to the COUNTY OF
RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted for the purpose of vesting title in the County of
Riverside on behalf of the public for public road and utility purposes, including
drainage purposes, and will be included into the County Maintained Road

That portion of Lot 6, of Tract No. 28429, as shown on the map filed in Book 272, Pages 5
through 9, inclusive of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said Riverside County, being
the easterly half of lot "B" of said Tract No. 28429, lying adjacent to said Lot 6, lying within the
following described parcel:
In the Unincorporated Territory of the County of Riverside, State of California, being a portion of
Lot "B" of Tract No. 28429, as shown on the map filed in Book 272, Pages 5 through 9, inclusive,
of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said Riverside County, lying within portions of
Parcels 1 and "D" of Parcel Map No. 22375, as shown on the map filed in Book 144, Pages 7
