That certain parcel of land situated in the Unincorporated Territory of the County
of Riverside, State of California, lying within Section 32, Township 6 South,
Range 2 West, San Bernardino Meridian, being that portion of Parcel 1 of Lot
Line Adjustment No. 4402 recorded November 14, 2001 as Instrument No.
2001 - 562422 of Official Records in the Office of the County Recorder of said
County of Riverside, described as follows:
A strip of land 42.00 feet in width the Northwesterly line of said strip being
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most westerly corner of said Parcel 1, being also the
southeasterly line of Highway 79 (Winchester Road) having a half width of 50.00
feet;
thence along said northwesterly line of Parcel 1 and the southeasterly line of
