RIGHT OF WAY DEDICATION
RIVERSIDE STREET
In the County of Riverside, State of California, being those portions of the Northeast
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 5 South, Range 4 West, San
Bernardino Meridian, according to an Official Plat of said land filed in the District Land
Office, described in Parcels as follows:
Parcel 1
Being an 88.00 foot wide strip of land, lying 44.00 feet on each side of the following
described centerline:
Commencing on a line parallel with and 25.00 feet northerly of the centerline of
Riverside Street as shown on the Map of Sunny Slope being the W. H. Townsend's
Subdivision, as per map recorded in Book 13, Page 619, of Maps, records of San Diego
County, said point being at the beginning of a tangent curve concave northeasterly
having a radius of 800.00 feet, the northwesterly terminus of said curve is tangent to a
line perpendicular to a point of intersection of the centerline of the improvements for
State Highway Route 74 as shown on Plans under Contract No. 08- 464124 on file in
Caltrans District 8 Headquarters and the southeasterly prolongation of the centerline of
Walling Road as shown on Record of Survey filed in Book 117, pages 18 through 23
inclusive of Records of Survey of said Riverside County;
thence westerly 122.87 feet along the arc of said curve through a central angle of
08 0 47'59" to a line parallel with and 40.00 feet westerly of the east line of said Section 29
and the Point Of Beginning, said point also being Point "A ";
thence continuing westerly and northwesterly 785.88 feet along the arc of said curve
