Being a portion of Lot 4 in Block 2 of El Nido Rancho, as shown by map on file in Book
15, Page 3 of Maps, records of Riverside County, State of California, lying in Section 16,
Township 4 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the centerline of El Nido Avenue (20.00 foot half
width) and the Easterly prolongation of the North line of said Lot 4, as shown on said
map;
THENCE South 00 °26'45" West along said centerline of El Nido Avenue, a distance of
66.00 feet to a point on the Easterly prolongation of the South line of the North 66.00 feet
