SUMMARILY VACATING A PORTION OF COBB DRIVE AND LUCE COURT
IN THE GLEN IVY AREA

(First Supervisorial District)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter- described portions of Cobb Drive and Luce Court,
were dedicated for public use by Parcel Map 13062 recorded in Parcel Map Book 79,
pages 96 and 97 on file in the Recorder's Office of Riverside County, State of California;
and,
WHEREAS, the offer of dedication for said portions of Cobb Drive and Luce Court
have been accepted for public use by Resolution Number 81 -132 recorded May 1, 1981,
as Instrument Number 79677 on file in the Recorder's Office of Riverside County, State of
California; and,
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portions of Cobb Drive and Luce Court are
excess right -of -way, are not required for public street or highway purposes, and this
vacation will not eliminate access to any parcels; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
August 15 , 2006, as follows;

1. That the hereinafter- described portions of Cobb Drive and Luce Court are
not required for public street and highway purposes and are, pursuant to
Section 8334(a) of the Streets and Highways Code, hereby summarily
vacated.
SEE LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND PLAT ATTACHED HERETO
AS EXHIBITS "A" AND "B" AND MADE A PART HEREOF
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING from the vacation an easement for any existing
public utilities and public service facilities, together with the right to maintain, operate,
replace, remove, or renew such facilities, pursuant to Section 8340 of the Streets and
Highways Code.
2. That the herein - described portions of Cobb Drive and Luce Court are
unnecessary for present or prospective public use, including use as a non -
motorized transportation facility.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of
the Board is directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Riverside, California.

Cobb Drive and Luce Court, also shown as Lot "A ", Lot "B ", Lot "C" and Lot "D" as
shown on Parcel Map No. 13062 on file in Book 79, Pages 96 and 97, inclusive of Maps,
Records of Riverside County, State of California, being a portion of the Southeast
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 5 South, Range 6 West, San
Bernardino Meridian, more particularly described as follows;

Being all of Lot "A" and Lot "B" (Cobb Drive), as shown on said Parcel Map, being a
