Instrument No. 2004- 0735622, recorded September 16, 2004, both Official Records of Riverside
County, State of California, lying within Section 6, Township 7 South, Range 3 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northeast corner of said Parcel 1 said point also being on the centerline
of Clinton Keith Road (55.00 feet in half- width) as shown on Grant Deed recorded February 22,
1991 as Instrument No. 59532, Official Records of said County; said point also being the
Northeast comer of Fractional Section 6;
