MERIDIAN in the County of Riverside, State of California, according to the Official Plat
thereof, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Southeast corner of said Section 10;
Thence, along the South line of said Section 10, North 89 52' 19" West, 1,620.83
feet to the Westerly line of the Atchison Topeka and Santa Fe Railway (formerly
California Southern Railroad Company) acquired by the Riverside County
Transportation Commission, described as Parcels No. 12 and 13 in Instrument No.
191848, recorded May 10, 1994 in the Office of the Recorder of said County;
