of Riverside, State of California, being that portion of the southwest one - quarter
of Section 27, Township 2 South, Range 7 West, SBM, being a portion of the
land described in that certain grant deed recorded September 14, 2005 as
Instrument No. 2005- 0761101 of Official Records in the office of the County
Recorder of said Riverside County, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the west quarter corner of said Section 27;
