County Maintained Road System by the undersigned on
behalf of the Board of Supervisors pursuant to the authority

TRACT 31118
The portion of Parcel 2, of Parcel Map, on file in Book 5, Page 47, of Parcel Maps, in the Office of the
Recorder of the County of Riverside, State of California, said Parcel 2, lying within Section 32,
Township 6 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land 20.00 feet in width, the centerline of said strip of land being described as follows:
COMMENCING at the most Westerly corner of said Parcel 2;
THENCE, along the Southwesterly line of said Parcel 2, South 53 °56'30" West (North 5424'10"
West, as shown on said Parcel Map), a distance of 395.88 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING;
THENCE, North 64 0 02'24" East a distance of 78.40 feet to a point on the Southerly 50.00 foot half
width right of way line of Jean Nicholas Road as described per Jean Nicholas Road, Right of Way
dedication, recorded December 20, 2005 as Instrument No. 2005- 1047847, records said county, said
point being the POINT OF TERMINATION.
The sidelines of said strip shall be shortened or prolonged to terminate at said Southerly 50.00 foot
