THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property
granted by the easement dated
from DANIEL DEAN MAKABE AND RONALD G.MAKABE to
the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted for the
purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of
the public for public road, drainage and utility uses, but will
not be included into the County Maintained Road System by
the undersigned on behalf of the Board of Supervisors
pursuant to the authority contained in County Ordinance No.
669. Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly
authorized officer.

PUBLIC ROAD AND UTILITY EASEMENT
That portion of Lot 1685 of Romola Farms No. 15, as shown by map on file in Book 15 of Maps
at pages 98 through 100 inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, located in Section
14, Township 5 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, said portion being described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of said Lot 1685, said corner being on the southerly right -
of -way line of Mc Laughlin Road (60.00 feet in width) as shown on said map;
Thence North 89° 55' 04" East along the northerly line of said Lot 1685, a distance of 6.00 feet
to a point on a line parallel with and distant easterly 6.00 feet, measured at a right angle, from the
westerly line of Lot 1685;
Thence South 00° 11' 16" East along said parallel line, a distance of 20.00 feet to a point on a
line parallel with and distant southerly 20.00 feet, measured at a right angle, from said northerly Iine of
