SUMMARILY VACATING A PORTION OF RESTRICTED ABUTTER'S RIGHTS OF
ACCESS ALONG VARNER ROAD, IN THE PALM DESERT AREA

WHEREAS, the restricted abutter's rights of access along Varner Road was
dedicated to the County by Instrument No. 425788, on December 22, 1995 Official
Records of the Recorder of Riverside County, California;
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portion of restricted abutter's rights of
access for Property "C" of Lot Line Adjustment No. 4350 Recorded on August 17,
2001 as Document No. 2001 - 398268, Official Records of the Recorder of Riverside
County, California, is necessary to provide access; now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session
assembled on OCTOBER 17 , 2006, as follows:
1. Pursuant to Section 8334(a) of the Streets and Highways Code that
the hereinafter- described portion of restricted abutters rights of access
is needed for access and is hereby summarily vacated.
