4 ACCEPTING PORTIONS OF KOON STREET AND McCOLERY ROAD,
5 IN THE FRENCH VALLEY AREA, FOR PUBLIC USE.

8 WHEREAS, the hereinafter described portions of Koon Street and McColery
9 Road were offered for dedication for public road and utility purposes by the Parcel Map
10 hereinafter - referred to, which offers of dedication have not been previously accepted by
11 the County of Riverside, now, therefore;

13 BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors
14 of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
15 October 17 , 2006, that this Board accepts the above - mentioned roads and
16 recognizes that said roads are public roads open for use by the general public;

18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED, that this
19 acceptance is for the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the
20 public for public road and utility uses, and is not an acceptance of the roads into the
21 County Maintained Road System pursuant to Section 941 of the Streets and Highways
22 Code and that said roads will not become part of the County Maintained Road System
23 unless subsequently accepted into said Maintained Road System by a Resolution
24 adopted by this Board;

Said roads - are in the County of Riverside, State of Califomia, and are described
as follows:
KOOK STREET (See Exhibit "A')
Koon Street (30,00 foot wide half- width) dedicated as Lot "E" and Lot "F" on Parcel
Map No. 13,059, recorded in Book 64 at Page 28, of Parcel Maps, Official Records of
Riverside County, California.
McCOLERV ROAD (See Exhibit "A ")
McColery Road (30.00 foot wide half- width) dedicated as Lot "B ", Lot "C ", and Lot
"D" on Parcel Map No. 13,059, recorded in Book 64 at Page 28, of Parcel Maps, Official
Records of Riverside County, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of
the Board shall cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Riverside County, California.
