SUMMARILY VACATING A PORTION OF A DRAINAGE EASEMENT
IN THE CORONA AREA
(AB 06004)
(First Supervisorial District)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portion of the drainage easement was
dedicated on the Parcel Map 22735, recorded in Parcel Map Book 167, Pages 29
through 32, inclusive, on file in the Office of the Recorder of Riverside County,
California;
WHEREAS, the herein- described portion of the drainage easement was' not
accepted for maintenance;
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portion of the drainage easement is not
necessary and is excess Right of Way, and not required for public street or highway
purposes, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session
assembled on October 24 2006, as follows:

3 1. Pursuant to Section 8334(a) of the Streets and Highways Code that
4 the hereinafter - described portion of the drainage easement is excess Right of
5 Way and is no longer required for public street and highway purposes and is
6 hereby summarily vacated.

9 AS EXHIBITS NA" AND "B" AND MADE A PART HEREOF

11 EXCEPTING AND RESERVING from the vacation an easement for any existing
12 public utilities and public service facilities, together with the right to maintain, operate,
13 replace, remove, or renew such facilities, pursuant to section 8340 of the Streets and
14 Highways Code.

16 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk
17 of the Board is directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in
18 the office of the Recorder of the County of Riverside, California.
