granted by the easement dated
from JURUPA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, to the COUNTY
OF RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted for the purpose of vesting
title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for public
road, drainage and utility uses, and will be included into the
County Maintained Road System by the undersigned on behalf
of the Board of Supervisors pursuant to the authority contained
in County. Ordinance No. 669. Grantee consents to

That portion of Lot 12 in the County of Riverside, State of California, lying in Section 14,
Township 2 South, Range 6 West, San Bernardino Meridian in 3urupa Rancho, as shown on La
Bonita Tract as recorded in Book 1, Page 12 of Tract Maps in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County, described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of PedIey Road (30.00 foot half - width) and Galena
Street (50.00 foot half - width) as shown on that Record of Survey recorded in Book 43, Page 45
of Records of Survey in said Office of the County Recorder;
Thence along said centerline of Pedley Road, South 00 ° 37'27" West, 50.00 feet to the Southwest
corner of "Parcel 1" as conveyed in an easement deed to Riverside County in Instrument No.
54921 recorded on May 25, 1966 in Official Records of said County;
Thence along the South line of said easement deed and the South right -of -way line of said
