Section 16, Township 4 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, more
particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the centerline intersection of Evans Road (20.00 foot half width)
and Walnut Avenue (20.00 foot half width), as shown on said map;
THENCE South 89 °43'38" East along said centerline of Walnut Avenue, a distance of
20.00 feet;
THENCE North 00 °16'22" East, measured at right angles, a distance of 20.00 feet to a
