for storm drainage purposes, and subject to improvements in
accordance with County standards, will be included into the

of the Board of Supervisors pursuant to the authority contained
in County Ordinance No. 669. Grantee consents to recordation

Being a portion of Lot 13 in Block 2 of El Nido Rancho, as shown by map on file in
Book 15, Page 3 of Maps, records of Riverside County, State of California, lying within
Section 16, Township 4 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, more
particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the centerline intersection of Evans Road (20.00 foot half width)
and Walnut Avenue (20.00 foot half width), as shown on said map;
THENCE South 89 °43'38" East along said centerline of Walnut Avenue, a distance of
20.00 feet;
THENCE North 00 °16'22" East, measured at right angles, a distance of 20.00 feet to a
point of intersection with said 20.00 foot half width right of way line of Walnut Avenue
and said 20.00 foot half width sideline of Evans Road;
