Maps, pages 19 through 21 inclusive, Records of Riverside County, California, lying within
Section 21, Township 4 South, Range 5 West, as shown by Sectionalized Survey of the Rancho
El Sobrante de San Jacinto, as shown by map on file in Book 1 of Maps, page 8 thereof, Records
of San Bernardino County. California, more particularly described as follows:

A strip of land being 60.00 feet in width, lying 30.00 feet on each side of the following
described centerline;
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Via Barranca (60 feet wide), with the
