RESOLUTION NO 2006 -439
ACCEPTING A PORTION OF ROUSE ROAD, IN THE PERRIS AREA,
FOR PUBLIC USE.
(Third Supervisorial District)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described portion of Rouse Road was offered
for dedication for public road and utility purposes by the Map hereinafter referred to, which
offer of dedication has not been previously accepted by the County of Riverside, now,
therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
December 12 , 2006, that this Board accepts the above - mentioned road and
recognizes that said road is a public road open for use by the general public;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED, that this
acceptance is for the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the
public for public road and utility uses, and is not an acceptance of the road into the County
Maintained Road System pursuant to Section 941 of the Streets and Highways Code and
that said road will not become part of the County Maintained Road System unless
subsequently accepted into said Maintained Road System by a Resolution adopted by
this Board;

RESOLUTION No. 2006 -439
Said road is in the County of Riverside, State of California, and is described as
I follows:
I ROUSE ROAD (See Exhibit "A ")
That portion of Rouse Road (30.00 feet wide half - width), dedicated as Lot "C", on
Romola Farms No. g, recorded in Map Book 14 at Page 01, Official Records of Riverside
County, California, excepting the westerly 30.00 feet of Rouse Fload, Lot "C", also
excepting those portions of Rouse Road, Lot "C ", lying within Tract Map No. 28504,
recorded in Map Book 361 at Pages 83 through 88 inclusive, Official Records of Riverside
County, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of
the Board shall cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Riverside County, California.
