RESOLUTION NO 2006 -367
CHANGE THE NAME OF JOLLY WAY TO SIKH TEMPLE WAY IN THE
RUBIDOUX AREA OF RIVERSIDE COUNTY
(SECOND SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 970.5 of the Streets and Highways Code, a
public hearing after due notice has been held upon a resolution of intention to change
the name of .Dolly Way, as shown on Parcel Map on file in Parcel Map Book 103,
Page 89, records of the Recorder's Office, Riverside County California, in Sections 12
T. 2 S., 6 W., S.B.M., as shown on attached Exhibit "A ", Second Supervisoral District,
to Sikh Temple Way, and all persons having had an opportunity to be heard; now,
therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session
assembled on December 12 , 2006, that the name of Jolly Way be changed
to Sikh Temple Way.
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Cleric of this
Board shall cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the
Recorder, Riverside County, California. FORM APPROVED
