104 of Parcel Maps at pages 56 through 58, inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County,
California, being a portion of Parcel 2 of Grant Deed recorded October 10, 2004 as Document
No. 2004- 0783795, of Official Records of Riverside County, California, lying within Section
32, Township 5 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Meridian, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the intersection of the centerline of Domenigoni Parkway (76.00
feet in half width) as shown on Right -of -Way Map 929 -DD on file in the Office of the
Riverside County Surveyor, with the centerline of Frontier Loop (varies in width) as
described by Road Easement recorded August 18, 2005 as Instrument No. 2005- 0675397,
Official Records of Riverside County, California;
Thence South 04 °46'31" East along said centerline of Frontier Loop, a distance of
105.70 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave to the northeast, having a radius of
600.00 feet;
Thence southeasterly along said curve, to the left, through the central angle of
