Section 3, Township 3 South, Range 7 West, San Bernardino Meridian, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northwest corner of said Lot "A, said comer also being the
intersection of the southerly right -of -way line of Chandler Street (60.00 feet wide) with the
easterly right of way line of Hellman Avenue (formerly County Highway No. 3, 60.00 feet wide)
of said Map of Fuller Rancho;
Thence South 89° 21' 45" East along said right -of -way line and along the northerly line
