OFFICIAL RECORDS, RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
LYING WITHIN SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 3 SOUTH, RANGE 6 WEST, S.B.M.
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Those portions of Lots 1 and 13 in Block 9 and that portion of Block 11, as shown by Map of
Lands of J. F. Moulton and H. B. Praed on file in Book 1, pages 40 and 41 of Maps, Records of
the Recorder of Riverside County, California, and also that portion of Lot 22 in Block 11 of the
Re- Subdivision of the Lands of J.F. Moulton and H. B. Praed as shown by Map on file in Book
