accepted for the purpose of vesting title in the County of
Riverside on behalf of the public for public road and utility
uses, and subject to improvements in accordance with County
standards, will be included into the County Maintained Road
System by the undersigned on behalf of the Board of
Supervisors pursuant to the authority contained in County

PUBLIC ROAD & UTILITY EASEMENT
Those portions of Lots 24 and 37, and the westerly half of Cleveland Avenue (30.00 in
half width) (vacated), of the Map of Kingston Tract, as shown by map on file in Book 12 of
Maps at page 6 thereof, Records of San Bernardino County, California, Iocated in Section 25,
Township 2 South, Range. 7 West, as shown by map on file in Book 9 of Maps at page 33
thereof, Records of San Bernardino County, California, said portions being described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southwest comer of that certain parcel of land conveyed to the
County of Riverside by deed recorded April 12, 1932 in Book 71 at pages 445 and 446 of
Official Records of Riverside County, California, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Schleisman Road (60.00 feet wide) with the centerline of said Cleveland Avenue
(vacated), said point also being the southeast corner of said Lot 37;
Thence North 00 °06'31" West along said centerline of Cleveland Avenue (vacated), a
distance of 30.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence North 00'06'31" West along said centerline of Cleveland Avenue (vacated), a
distance of 1289.82 feet to the centerline of 68' Street of Parcel Map No. 29249, as shown by
map on file in Book 198 of Parcel Maps at pages 74 through 76, inclusive thereof, Records of
Riverside County, California, said point also being the northeast corner of said Lot 24;
Thence South 89 °54' 18" West along said centerline of 68` Street, and along the northerly
line of said Lot 24, a distance of 50.00 feet to a point on a line parallel with and distant west
50.00 feet, measured at a right angle, from said centerline of Cleveland Avenue;
