3 West In The Unincorporated Territory of Riverside County, as Shown by Map
on File in Book 28, Page 4 of Record of Survey, Official Records of The County
of Riverside, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of said Section 1;
Thence North 00 °42'20" East along the Westerly line of said Southeast Quarter of
Section 1, a distance of 59.00 feet to a line parallel with and 59_.00 feet Northerly
