shown by Map on file in Book 15 at Pages 98 through 100 inclusive, thereof, Records of
Riverside County, California, all lying within the Northwest one - quarter of Section 18,
Township 5 South, Range 2 West, S.B.M., described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the Southerly right of way line of State
Highway 74 with the Westerly line of said Lot 1653, said intersection being the
Southwesterly corner of that certain parcel conveyed to the County of Riverside by
Deed recorded November 18, 1982 as instrument no. 200890, Official Records of
Riverside County, California;
