SIGNAL MAINTENANCE EASEMENT
That portion of Lot 1 as shown on Record of Survey on file in Book 27, pages 26 and 27 Records
of Riverside County lying within the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 5 South, Range
4 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of Riverside, State of California described as
follows:
COMMENCING at the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 1, said corner being on the Easterly
Right -of -Way line of Goetz Road (60.00 feet wide), said corner also being the beginning of a
curve concave to the Southeast having a radius of 470.00 feet (Record 470.36 feet) to which a
radial bears South 88 °10'43" West (Record South 87 °35'00" West);
thence Northeasterly 378.01 feet along said curve and said Easterly Right -of -Way line of Goetz
Road and the Northwesterly line of said Lot 1 through a central angle of 46 °04'56" to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING said point being the Southeasterly prolongation of the centerline of
Canyon Heights Drive as shown on County of Riverside Tract No. 30330 -1 as recorded August
13, 2004 in Book 361 of Tract Maps at Pages 30 through 41 inclusive as Document No. 2004-
0635589 said point bears South 45 °44'21" East radial, 30.00 feet from the centerline intersection
of said Goetz Road and Canyon Heights Drive;
thence retracing Southwesterly 41.76 feet along said curve and the Southeasterly Right -of Way
line of said Goetz Road and said Northwesterly line of Lot 1 through a central angle of

thence leaving said Right -of -Way Line and said lot line North 70 °35'19" East, 17.53 feet;
thence South 46 °29'07" East, 2.33 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the
Southwest having a radius of 60.00 feet;
