Stone Drain & Ponding Easement
That portion of land situated in fractional Section 17, Township 2 South, Range 6 West, San
Bernardino Meridian, in the County of Riverside, State of Califomia, conveyed to Industrial
Developments International, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, described in deed recorded December
2, 2003 as Document No. 2003 - 942809 of Official Records of said county, being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast comer of Section 8, T. 2 S., R. 5 W., S.B.M., also being the center
fine intersection of Cantu Galleano Ranch Road (50' half width, northerly, per Parcel Map Book
168, Pages 37 through 40 inclusive) and Etfwanda Avenue (55" half width, westerly, per said
Parcel Map 23738 -3 in the Office of the County Recorder of said county);
thence North 88 West, along the southerly line of said Section and the center line of said
Cantu Galleano Ranch Road, a distance of 2108.57 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
thence continuing North 88 West, along said centerline, a distance of 20.31 feet;
thence South 11 °42' 43" West, a distance of 70.33 feet, to a point parallel with and 69.26 feet
southerly of said center line;
thence North 88 ° 17'52" West, along said parallel line, a distance of 23.31 feet;
