THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in�l property
granted by the easement dated
from GEORGE HARADA, TRUSTEE OF THE GEORGE AND
YOSHIKO HARADA TRUST UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT
DATED NOVEMBER _ 10, 1989 to the COUNTY OF
RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted for the purpose of vesting title
in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for public
road and utility uses, and subject to improvements in
accordance with County standards, will be included into the
County Maintained Road System by the undersigned on behalf
of the Board of Supervisors pursuant to the authority contained
in County Ordinance No. 669. Grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

Instrument No. I57023, Grant Deed Recorded April 13, 1999 as Instrument No.157024, both
Official Records of Riverside County, California, located in a portion of the east half of Section
25, Township 2 South, Range 7 West, of 3urupa Rancho, as shown by map on file in Book 9 of
Maps at page 33 thereof, Records of San Bernardino County, California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast comer of Lot "A" (Cleveland Avenue, 100 feet in width)
of Tract No. 28943 -2, as shown by map on file in Book 338 of Maps at pages 78 through 82
inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, said corner also being the northwest
corner of Lot 10 of said Tract No. 28943 -2;
Thence South 89 53' 29" West along the north line of said Lot "A ", a distance of 50.00
feet to the northwest corner thereof, said corner also being on the centerline of said Cleveland
Avenue (50.00 feet in half width) of Parcel Map No. 29249, as shown by map on file in Book 198
of Parcel Maps, at pages 74 through 76, inclusive, Records of Riverside County, California;
Thence North 00° 06' 31" West along said centerline of Cleveland Avenue of said Parcel

and distant easterly 50.00 feet, measured at a right angle, from said centerline of Cleveland

Thence South 00 06' 31" East along said parallel line, a distance of 466.08 feet to the
