Maps, as Document No. 138245, Records of Riverside County, the centerline of which is
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly line of said Parcel 3, said point bears North 01 °4852"
West (North 02 °19'30" West, Record), 144.00 feet from the Southeasterly comer of said
Parcel 3;
