Dear Doug, I You might want to review the county survey done for Lat 129, 38/514, done in 1972 by Adams, Garrett, and Stone. ;:e are working on the adjoining lots, and `just returned from the property. I've had these notes in mylfiles since 1976, but this was the first chance I have had to use them. #- corm the back corners of the lot ere identified0as "Found 3/4" I.P tagged R.E. 7304 per 12.9. 38154, !However, this tract was done by Davidson, F.E. 862. The most Westerly corner of Lot 129 appears to be out; wv did not look for the FoUtherly corner of Lot 129. Ernie Pintor ran the back line in 1974. He found both pipe as described by Adams, tagged R.E. 862. The pipe found for the centerline of the Cul -de -Sac is stili in, and flush. However, it is not the original as set in 1359 by J.F, Davidson. The developers on this traIct went bankrupt, and the county took over the road construction back in 1963. I worked under P.oss Stone when .m ran the centerline for construction. ,ane of the original centerline monuments were found then; only a few years after the map recorded. We suspected they were never set. !7'.e pipe as found by Adams, flush in pave- ment, has to have been set many years later. Hoa and by whom are will never know.. This is not a problem in any way.
