No. 2000 - 058706, of Official Records, in the County of Riverside, State of California, lying within
Tract No. 9 of the property of the J.R. Johnson Estate Company, as shown by Map on file in
Book 7, Page 63 of Maps, Records of said County, in Section 12, Township 2 South, Range 6
West, San Bernardino Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the westerly line of said land described in said Quitclaim
Deed with the southerly right -of -way line of Mission Boulevard (formerly Corundum Street and
being 40.00 foot half -width as shown on said Map);
thence South 89 24' 13" East, along said southerly right -of -way line, 49.99 feet to the
intersection of the easterly line of said land described in a Quitclaim Deed with said southerly
