SUMMARILY VACATING A PORTION OF 11 STREET AND SUMMARILY
VACATING THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT THE DEDICATION OF A PORTION OF
NORMAN ROAD IN THE NUEVO AREA
(AB 04030)
(Fifth Supervisorial District)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portion of 11 Street (Lot A) and Norman
Road (Lot B) were offered for dedication for public road and utility purposes on Parcel
Map 7523, recorded in Parcel Map Book 28, Page 10, Official Records of the Recorder of
Riverside County, California;
WHEREAS, the offer of dedication for said portion of 11 Street has been
accepted for public use by the County of Riverside, and into the Maintained Road System;
and,
WHEREAS, the offer of dedication for said portion of Norman Road has not been
accepted by the County of Riverside; and,
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portion of 11 Street and Norman Road
are not necessary and are excess Right of Way, and not required for public street and
highway purposes, now, therefore;

3 BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors
4 of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
5 August 23 , 2005, as follows:

7 1. Pursuant to Section 8334(a) of the Streets and Highways Code that the
8 hereinafter- described portion of 11 th Street and Norman Road are
9 excess Right of Way and are no longer required for public street and
10 highway purposes and are hereby summarily vacated.

12 SEE LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND PLAT ATTACHED HERETO
13 AS EXHIBITS "A" AND "B" AND MADE A PART HEREOF

15 EXCEPTING AND RESERVING from the vacation an easement for any existing
16 public utilities and public service facilities, together with the right to maintain, operate,
17 replace, remove, or renew such facilities, pursuant to section 8340 of the Streets and
18 Highways Code.

20 2. That the herein - described portion of 111h Street and Norman Road are
21 unnecessary for present or prospective public use, including use as a non -
22 motorized transportation facility.

Those portions of Lot "A" and Lot "B" of Parcel Map No.7523 lying within Section 18,
Township 4 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Meridian in the County of Riverside, State of
California, as shown on map filed in Book 28, page 10 of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County, more particularly described as follows:
COMYMNCING at the southwest corner of Lot "A ", said point also being the
intersection of the northerly line of Parcel 1 of said Parcel Map and the southwesterly right of way line of
I 1` Street (44 feet wide half- width) as shown on said Parcel Map;
Thence along the southwesterly line of said Lot "A ". and said southwesterly right of way line of 11' Street
S 64 57' 00" E 13 6.8 8 feet to the northwest comer of that portion of Parcel Iof said Parcel Map No.
7523 conveyed to Italo Benigni by Grant Deed recorded July 31, 2002 as Instrument No. 2002 - 419696 of
Official Records of said County and the POINT OF BEGINNING;

Thence along the southwesterly line of said Lot "B" S 22° 20' 10" E 33.97 feet to an angle point in the
