DEDICATION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY
That portion of the Easterly 200.00 feet of the Southerly 400.00 feet, of Lot 33, of Kingston Tract,
recorded in Book 12, Page 6, of Maps, on file in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San
Bernardino, State of California, being a portion of Section 25, Township 2 South, Range 7 West,
S.B.M, in the Unincorporated Territory of Riverside County, said State, more particularly described
as follows:
COMMENCING at the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 33, said corner also being the Centerline
Intersection of Hamner Avenue (Adams Avenue), 30.00 foot half width, as shown on said Kingston
Tract and Schleisman Road, 30.00 foot half width, as described in Deed recorded April 12, 1932, in
Book 71, Page 445 of Deeds, Records of the Recorder Office, Riverside County, California;
