PUBLIC ROAD AND UTILITY EASEMENT
In the County of Riverside, State of California, being that portion of Parcel 1 of Amended Parcel
Map 10522 as per map filed in Book 59, Pages 13 and 14 of Parcel Maps in the office of the County
Recorder of said County and lying within Section 10, Township 6 South, Range 3 West, San
Bernardino Meridian, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly line of said Parcel 1, distant southerly South 00'38'05" West
204.93 feet thereon from the northeast corner of said parcel, said point being on a non - tangent
curve concave easterly having a radius of 94.00 feet, a radial line to said point bears South 27'10'27"
West;
Thence leaving said easterly line and northerly 120.38 feet along said curve through a central angle
of 73 ° 22'27' ;
Thence tangent to said curve North 10 ° 32'54" East 41.26 feet to a tangent curve concave westerly
