Dedication of Restricted Access Rights
Restricted access rights along that portion of Parcel 3 of Parcel Map 23346 as
shown on file in Parcel Map Book 160, pages 91 and 92, Records of Riverside
County, State of California, lying in Section 31 T. 7S., R. 1 W. SBM, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Parcel 3; said point being
the beginning of a non- tangent curve concave to the northeast and having
a radius of 2956.00 feet, a radial line bears N 40 22' 34" E (R) 1081.76'
thence northwesterly along said curve trough a central angle of 4 48' 15"
an arc distance of 30.00 feet.to the point of terminus.
We hereby Dedicate abutters rights of access along Camino del Vino to the
Public. The owners of Parcel 3, abutting this highway and during such time will
have no rights of access except the general easement of travel. And the 30.00
foot wide access opening as shown on Exhibit "B ", any change of alignment or
width that results in the vacation thereof shall terminate this dedication as to the
part vacated.
