RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted for the purpose of vesting
title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for
public road, drainage and utility uses, and subject to
improvements in accordance with County standards, will be
included into the County Maintained Road System by the
undersigned on behalf of the Board of Supervisors pursuant
to the authority contained in County Ordinance No, 669.

officer.

That portion of the southwest one - quarter of Section 24, Township 2 South, Range 7 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian in the unincorporated territory of the County of Riverside, State
of California, described as follows:
The northerly 15.00 feet of the east 1 /2 of the east' /2 of said southwest'/ shown as Parcel 2 on
the Record of Survey recorded in Book 57, page 61 of Records of Survey in the office of the
County Recorder of said county and state, the northerly line of said Parcel 2 also being the
centerline of 58 Street as shown on Parcel Map No. 31110, as filed in Book 207, pages 5
through 7, inclusive, of Parcel Maps, records of said county.
