A strip of land, 74.00 feet wide, lying within a portion of Government Lot 11, in fractional
Section 21, Township 4 South, Range 6 West, S.B.B.M., as shown by United States Government
Survey in the County of Riverside, State of California, the centerline of said strip described as
follows:
CENTERLINE OF 74 FOOT STRIP:
COMAMNCING at the Northwest comer of said Government Lot 11, said comer also being the
Southwest comer of Parcel 4, of Parcel Map No. 21681, recorded in Book 145, Pages 72 through
74 inclusive, of Parcel Maps, Records of said County;
THENCE, along the South line of said Parcel 4 and continuing along the North Iine of said Lot
11, South 88 °35'52" East, a distance of 177.09 feet, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING,
said point being a point on a non - tangent curve, concave Northwesterly, having a radius of 600.00
