BEGINNING at the northwest corner of Lot 64 of Tract No. 9562, as shown by map on
file in Book 123 of Maps at pages 10 through 15 inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County,
California;
Thence South 89" 43' 50" West along the north line of said Lot 64, a distance of 15.01
feet to a point on the easterly right -of -way line of La Sierra Avenue, as conveyed to the County
of Riverside per Final Order of Condemnation recorded March 20, 1975 as lnstr ment No.
32145, Official Records of Riverside County, California, said point being the beginning of a
non - tangent curve, concave to the southwest, having a radius of 2040.00 feet, the radial line from
said point bears South 87 14' 18" West;
Thence northerly and northwesterly along said northeasterly right -of -way line and along
said curve, to the Ieft, through a central angle of 48 22' 53 ", an arc distance of 1 722.61 feet;
