granted by the easement dated
from KB HOME GREATER LOS ANGLES, INC., a California
corporation , to the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is hereby
accepted for the purpose of vesting title in the County of
Riverside on behalf of the public for drainage purposes, and
subject to improvements in accordance with County standards,
will be included into the County Maintained Road System by
the undersigned on behalf of the Board of Supervisors
pursuant to the authority contained in County Ordinance No.
669. Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly
authorized officer.

Section 24, Township 2 South, Range 6 West, San Bernardino Meridian, said portion being
described as follows:
COM1'IENCING at the intersection of the centerline El Palomino Drive (66.00 feet
wide) with the centerline of Lakeside Drive (66.00 feet wide) as shown on Parcel Map No.
17205, as shown by map on file in Book 115 of Parcel Maps at pages 96 through 97 inclusive
thereof, Records of Riverside County, California;
Thence North 69 °05'25" West along said centerline of Lakeside Drive, a distance of
374.77 feet to a point of intersection with the southeasterly line of that certain drainage easement
conveyed to the County of Riverside by deed recorded December 4, 1975 as Instrument No.
15 100 1, Official Records of Riverside County, California;
Thence North 20 °54'35" East along said southeasterly easement line, a distance of 33.00
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being on the northerly right of way line
of said Lakeside Drive„
Thence continuing North 20 °54'35" East along said southeasterly easement line, a
distance of 55.00 feet to the northeasterly corner thereof;
Thence South 69 °05'25" East, a distance of 8.00 feet to a point on a line parallel with and
