Maps at Page 86 thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, within the Rubidoux Rancho, being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the southeasterly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed
to Charles R. Floyd and Laura P. Floyd, husband and wife, as joint tenants by deed recorded
January 28, 1997, as Instrument Number 027905, Official Records of Riverside County,

conveyed to the State of California by deed recorded July 23, 1940 in Book 469, Page 429 of
