California, being portions of Lot 100 of the Kingston Tract, as shown by Map on file in
Book 12, Page 6 of Maps, Records of San Bernardino County, California, lying in
Section 35, Township 2 South, Range 7 West, S.B.M., said portions being described as
follows:
Parcel 1
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 100, said comer being on the southerly line
of Citrus Street (20' half width) as shown on said Tract Map;
Thence along the northerly line of said Lot, South 89 °22'25" East 282.03 feet;
