That portion of Lot 48 of Map of the Kingston Tract, as shown by map on file in Book 12
of Maps at page 6 thereof, Records of San Bernardino County, California, lying in Section 36,
Township 2 South, Range 7 West, as shown by Sectionalized Survey of the Jurupa Rancho on
file in Book 9 of Maps at page 33 thereof, Records of San Bernardino County, California, said
portion being described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northeast comer of said Lot 48, said corner being the
intersection of the centerline of Schleisman Road (60.00 feet wide) with the centerline of
Cleveland Avenue (60.00 feet wide);
Thence South 89° 54' 58" West along the northerly line of said Lot 48 and along said
