a portion of Section 27, Township 6 South, Range 4 West, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the intersection of the centerline of Wesley Street (60.00 feet in width
and measured 30.00 feet at right angles from each side of said centerline) with the centerline of
Laguna Road (60.00 feet in width and measured 30.00 feet at right angles from each side of said
centerline) as shown on Tract 30460 by map on file in Book of Maps at Pages through
inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County, California;
Thence S.47 1 01'33 "E. along the centerline of said Laguna Road, being the Southwesterly
line of Lot "D" of said Tract 30460, a distance of 30.19 feet to the Southeasterly line of said Wesley
Street, being the most Northerly corner of said Lot 19, said corner being the POINT OF
BEGINNING of the parcel of land to be described;
