granted by the easement dated

accepted for the purpose of vesting title in the County of
Riverside on behalf of the public forpublic road, drainage and
utility uses, and subject to improvements to County standards
will be included into the County Maintained Road System by

Thence N.00 9"W. along the Westerly line of said Lot 5, a distance of 60.00
feet to a line parallel with and 60.00 feet Northerly, measured at right angles from the
