That portion of Lot "A" of Fuller Rancho, as shown by map on file in Book 16 of Maps at pages
80 and 81 thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, located in Section 3, Township 3 South,
Range 7 West, San Bernardino Meridian, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northeast corner of said Lot "A ", said comer also being an intersection
of the southerly right -of -way line of Chandler Street (60.00 feet wide) with the westerly right -of -way
line of Archibald Avenue (60.00 feet wide) as shown on said Fuller Rancho;
Thence North 89° 21' 45" West along the north line of said Lot "A" and along said southerly
