RECOMMENDED MOTION: Adopt Resolution No. 2004 -351, conditionally vacating the right to accept the dedication of Avenida Del Barranca. BACKGROUND: The applicant for tentative Tract 30656, by design is requesting the vacation of Avenida Del Barranca. The approval of this vacation prior to the recordation of Tract 30656 is a condition of the map. If this vacation is not approved the applicant will be required to redesign the tract map.
