Being a portion of Parcel 4 of Parcel Map 12645, recorded in Book 81, Page 85 of Parcel
Maps, records of Riverside County, California, lying within Section 14, Township 5 South, Range 3
West, San Bernardino Meridian, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Parcel 4, being on the northerly Right of Way line
of Bishop Lane, sixty (60) feet full width, thirty (30) feet on each side of centerline as shown on said
Parcel Map 12645;
Thence North 00° 03' 19" West, along the westerly line of said Parcel 4, a distance of 9.00
feet to a line parallel with and 9.00 feet northerly, measured perpendicularly, of the south line of said
