Riverside County, California, lying within a strip of land 60.00 feet in width, the
centerline being described as follows:
COMMENCING at the centerline intersection of Briggs Road (Alicantes Road)
with Rouse Road, also being the Northwest corner of Section 19, Township 5 South,
Range 2 West, S.B.M., as shown on said Romola Farms No. 10;
Thence S.00 °04'00 "E. along the centerline of said Briggs Road (Alicantes Road),
a distance of 1014.50 feet;
Thence Southeasterly on a tangent curve concave Northeasterly having a radius
