( AB 04 -004 ) (Third Supervisorial District) WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described drainage easement was dedicated to the County and accepted for public use by Instrument Number 2002- 186048 recorded on April 11, 2002 in the Recorders Office of Riverside County, State of California, and, WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described drainage easement, is no longer required and is excess right of way; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on Oct. 5 , 2004, as follows: 1.
