SUMMARILY VACATING A PORTION OF A DRAINAGE EASEMENT, IN THE
MURRIETA AREA.

WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described drainage easement was dedicated to the
County and accepted for public use by Instrument Number 2002- 186048 recorded on
April 11, 2002 in the Recorders Office of Riverside County, State of California, and,
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described drainage easement, is no longer required
and is excess right of way; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session
assembled on Oct. 5 , 2004, as follows:
1. That pursuant to section 8333(c) of the Streets and Highways Code, the
hereinafter - described drainage easement is hereby summarily vacated;

2. That the herein - described drainage easement is unnecessary for present or
prospective public use, including use as a non - motorized transportation facility.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk
of the Board is directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in
the office of the Recorder of the County of Riverside, California.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
In the unincorporated territory of the County of Riverside, State of California, a portion of
the storm drain easement dedicated by Instrument No. 2002 - 186048 recorded April 11,
2002, Records of said County, lying within Lot 55 of Tract No. 29570, as shown by Map
on file in Book 347 of Maps, pages 51 through 57, more particularly described as
follows:
COMMENCING at the most southwesterly corner of said Lot 55 of Tract No. 29570,
said point also being on the northerly right of way line of Murdeta Hot Springs Road
(55.00 feet in half- width) as shown thereon;
Thence North 0 °51'13" East 89.49 feet along the westerly line of Lot 55 to the east line
of said storm drain easement as described in Instr. No. 2002 - 186048;
Thence South 24 °59'42" East 19.12 feet along said storm drain easement to an angle
point therein and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence North 23 °4957" East 11.81 feet along said storm drain easement to an angle
point therein;
thence North 90 °00'00" East 20.10 feet along said storm drain easement to an angle
point therein;
thence South 0 °00'00" East 20.00 feet along said storm drain easement to an angle
point therein;
thence North 90 0 00'00" West 4.88 feet along said storm drain easement to an angle
point therein;
