COMMENCING at the intersection of the centerline of Iowa Avenue with the centerline
of Center Street as shown by Map of Palmer Subdivision recorded in Book 22 of Maps at

Thence South 00 °04'12" West, along the centerline of said Iowa Avenue, a distance of
